Founder owned businesses range in size and scope. It is important for us to partner with companies that are at a certain stage in their growth life cycle. While we would love to work with all founder owned businesses, we have success in partnering with companies that meet the below criteria:
- Founder owned and opportunity to be the first institutional capital
- Revenue generating, with a proven track record
- $3mm to $15mm of EBITDA
- Sustainable margins
Concept
We look for steady growth concepts that have been proven regionally and have a strong foundation in the community they operate. We specialize in concepts that have the below criteria:
- Differentiated service / product offering that is strategically positioned in the market
- Regional success in home market
- Recurring and / or contracted revenue
- Strong core team
- Track record of strong customer success / experience
